#10.  Client charged with Possession of Vicodin without a prescription.  This felony carried a maximum sentence of 4 years in prison and an automatic suspension of driving privileges.  Client had a serious back condition that he did not want his employer to know about so he purchased the Vicodin on the street instead of using his health insurance.  By challenging all of the proofs while demonstrating clients overall good character we were able to negotiate a dismissal of the charges and the client kept a clean record and did not lose his driving privileges at all.
